The Maple Street School is a preschool that inspires children through play and
discovery, values a diverse community, and relies on the active participation of
cooperative-member families and teachers to thrive.

Our Community

Maple Street is a welcoming place committed to social justice where children, families, teachers, staff and the community can be themselves and be loved.

We will have diverse artists and specialists join us from the community.

Teachers/Counselors should expect to work and play hard, share songs and games,dance, hike around, look for animals, recycle, be outside, create art, learn, march, welcome, protect, stand up, and have fun. Reliability, safety, and supervision are the most key elements to our quality program. Creativity, learning, imagination, and play are what make us love learning and growing. Diversity and inclusion are what we aspire to. Everyone’s voice and everyone’s listening is essential. We are all creators together and seek a compassionate joyful program for every single person.

The summer camp should have a camp spirit, filled with sun, joy, silliness, kindness, laughter and all of our ideas.
